Approach

We started with the ‘Design Thinking’ approach, along with learning more about the customers to identify the user personas – associate, customer, industry and partner. Post identifying their problems and understanding their deeper needs, we converted all of the ideas and data into a solution that had several intricate Process, Business and Technology layers. All these layers are integrated on top of existing data containers to track, trace, learn and relearn from every interaction happening in the solution.

Solution
We built this engine ensuring a continuous development setup guided by agile and lean frameworks using all our core capabilities of Design thinking, DevOps, Microservices and Micro Frontends to transform our own industry. The engine further had a mechanism of Smart Planning, reusable asset recommendation to impact project cost, highlight associate skill-gaps and recommend micro-learnings, break-down the requirements into work packages and have a central conveyor-like continuous development and delivery engine to productize solution delivery.

Impact

Since 2017, iauro has helped their customers envision, build and operate this delivery engine. It has now become the core delivery engine for all current and future customers’ and projects. Today, the engine already has more than 66 live projects, 55 partners, and more than 100k reusable data assets.
